Days 16 - 17
We are finishing the main entrance and had another BBQ and Pool party at the end of the day to celebrate a big milestone. We are ahead of schedule and the work is high quality.
Days 18 - 25
The bases on the lunch area used to be manu...thats a great wood but since it was such a tall structure from ground level they had been joined some 4 times and some were even rotten... when we took the floor out they were very loose and so we made 8 concrete pillars, each 150 cm buried deep into the ground and from there we will have single (no joints) pine posts. Instead of a pin we are using a metal tube that will hold the post in place.
And finally the Mirador had to come down...
