Yucca Chips and Dip!




We offer a daily sampling of delicious foods on our "Sustainable Food Table" for you to try out during your stay with us.  Here are a few recipes so you can enjoy them at home!
Yucca Chips
Ingredients:
500g yucca
Oil
Lemon pepper
Peel the yucca at first. Preheat enough oil to cover the yucca chips. Then make very thin slices (they will look like yucca circles). Put the circles into the pan with oil. Wait for a few minutes until the chips get a light gold color. Take it off the oil.
Finally, spread the chips with lemon pepper.
Dips to try out with your freshly made chips:
Broccoli Dip
Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli stems
4 roasted garlic
1 cup cream cheese
1.5 tsp nutmeg
0.5 lemon (juice)
salt and pepper
Eggplant Dip

Ingredients:
2 medium eggplants
4 garlics
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
0.25 cup olive oil
1.5 cups bread crumbs
1.5 cups tahini
0.5  lemon (juice
)
salt and pepper

Mix ingredients together in a food processor and enjoy wtih a refreshing glass of Tamarind juice!
