In the month of September, we did some remodeling of the restaurant deck that looks out over the Golfo Dulce and Tropical Rainforest. Nothing like a leisurely lunch on the deck observing the flora and fauna. Very common to see Scarlet Macaws fly by or a troop of squirrel monkeys nearby.
